Privacy policy

• Account: email address, displayed identity, verified phone number and authentication data.
• Profile and listings: photo, location, descriptions, images, prices and information you publish.
• Usage: messages, favorites, reports, interactions, security logs and technical data.
• Communications: support requests, notices and exchanges with Agria.

Public fields are identified by context. Avoid including sensitive information in a listing or message when it is not needed.

• Create and secure accounts, publish listings and enable communication.
• Personalize local results and cooperative spaces.
• Prevent fraud, moderate content and enforce rules.
• Operate, measure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
• Meet legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

Agria uses essential Supabase Auth cookies to maintain and refresh your session. They are required for signed-in accounts and are not used for advertising.

Vercel Web Analytics measures page views, referrers, device type, browser and approximate location in aggregate. This configuration does not use analytics cookies or track users across sites or days. Agria currently uses neither advertising cookies nor advertising profiling, so no optional consent banner is displayed. This section will be updated before any optional tool is added.

Information may be processed by providers that host or operate Agria, including Supabase for authentication, databases and files, Vercel for hosting and audience measurement, and Twilio when phone verification is configured. They receive only what their service requires and may process data outside Québec or Canada.

Agria may also disclose information with your consent, to protect people or the service, during a corporate transaction, or when required by law, a court order or a competent authority. Agria does not sell personal information.

Information is kept as long as necessary for the purposes described, dispute resolution, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your information, or withdraw consent. Some data may need to be retained when a legal obligation or serious reason permits it.

The update date identifies the current version. A more prominent notice will be provided when a significant change affects how information is processed and the law requires it.
