Marketplace rules

• Post one clear listing per item or need and select the correct category.
• Use your own photos and accurately describe the condition, price and location.
• Do not include misleading keywords, false contact information or malicious links.
• Promptly remove or update a listing that is no longer available.

• Any illegal, stolen or counterfeit item, service or activity, or anything obtained through fraud.
• Prohibited weapons, explosives, illegal ammunition and instructions for making them.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances and medication sold without authorization.
• Dangerous, recalled or contaminated products, or regulated products sold without a required permit.
• Animals, plants, seeds, pesticides or agricultural products traded contrary to laws, permits, quarantines or applicable welfare rules.
• Products from endangered species, human remains, illegal sexual content and exploitative services.
• Personal data, accounts, identity documents, payment methods or computer access.
• Deceptive financial transactions, pyramid schemes, illegal gambling and unauthorized investment offers.

This list is not exhaustive. A legal item may still be refused if it creates unreasonable risk or violates applicable laws.

• Fraud, misrepresentation, price manipulation or bypassing security measures.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, hateful content or privacy violations.
• Spam, automated collection, fake reviews, fake accounts or abusive reports.
• Requests for passwords, verification codes or payment through deceptive means.

Agria may request clarification, limit visibility, remove a listing, restrict an account or report a situation to authorities. Decisions consider context, risk and repeat behaviour. Use the reporting feature to flag a listing; to appeal a decision, contact contact@agria.ca.
